"For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." Ephesians 2:10
Early in 2014, God instructed us to add to our Evangelistic efforts and start “Brazen Cares”, which is the compassion arm of Brazen Grace Fellowship and Zack Cherian International Ministries. Ps. Zack and I traveled to India in June to set up several community health and community development programs to help slum children, homeless people, and people in poverty stricken, disease infested areas in South India.
Our outreach through medical camps have been to people who are dying of diseases and sicknesses such as Malaria, Leprosy and AIDS. Whole villages show up and receive free medical check-ups, treatment, medicines and supplements. They are also served a free meal and drink and get to speak to a counselor who shares the Gospel and gives them godly counsel. We have also actively reached out to slum children living in the inner cities of Hyderabad and helped with providing school supplies and toys. All of this good work is done in partnership with the Sahai Foundation and local churches in the area. We have numerous testimonies pouring in after every camp of how their lives have changed through the power of God's love shown in such tangible ways. Acts of kindness such as these, make a world of difference and bring back hope to many who were without hope.
I Tim 6:17-19 says, “Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy. Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share, storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.”
We as Christians are Jesus' Hands and Feet, we can be Jesus to this world. Please consider giving liberally to make a big difference in so many lives. Choose to be a blessing!
Romans 1:16 “I am not ashamed (Brazen) of the gospel of Jesus Christ (Grace) for it is the power of God unto salvation...”
